Gateway started off as the main property developer for Gatepark as early as 1986. 7 acres of land was purchased at the entrance of Cap Estate, right next to the golf course for dividing and selling of lots. However, we encountered sales expert, John Hughes, who is now deceased, who thought a condominium complex would be ideal with the land. And so the condominium complex Gatepark was built with obstacles, such as changing the law for free hold condominiums in St.Lucia. Of course now this is well copied. Since then we have gone on to build a small detached complex of 4 beachfront houses with own pools near the Trouya beach area.

We are presently working on our latest small development in Rodney Bay area, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. In between we have built individual homes mainly in the Cap Estate and Trouya beach area. Our expertise lies in property development since our first development was done in Orlando near Disney, London area, now bringing to St.Lucia over 20 years of property development knowledge. We have gone on to retain most of the properties built in St.Lucia and offer a property management service for our clients.
